ABOUT THE SPEAKERS

Edward J. Russick - VP - Chemical Sustainability / Recycle

Ed is a Certified Recycling Professional (NJ) who has served the environmental/recycle industry for over thirty years. It has been his passion to contribute to recycle efforts in NJ and surrounding states. The last 10 years, he has been heavily involved in sustainability and byproduct synergy. He is founder of New Jersey By-Product / Co-Product Reuse / Recycle Group and has served as Vice President of Chemical Sustainability / Recycle at GTI for over 12 years. GTI is member of: 1) Association of NJ Recyclers 2) NORA (National Oil Recyclers Assn.)

Ron Kurtz - Director, Health, Safety & Environmental Excellence, North America: Director QHSE, Newark, NJ - Firmenich, Inc.

Ron is a CHMM and CSP who is a Past President of the NJ chapter and has continued his service as a Director at Large for AHMP National. He holds membership in the NJ State Industrial Safety Committee.

Ron’s work at Firmenich spans executive level responsibility for H,S, & Env Excellence, North America as well as local site responsibilities for NYC and Newark locations.
